User Reviews
I received better shipping and handling that I expected. The book was in excellent condition, even in better condition that I expected from the message form the seller. -- E-commerce
If you are planning to create your own e-business, if you are an IT specialist that wants to know more about management related issues of e-commerce and avoid already known technicalities, or if you simply want to learn about the subject, THIS IS THE BOOK.
It has detailed explanation on different topics, analyzed under managerial, social and slightly (only the necessary) technical issues. All arguments are supported by data, graphs or papers, making it a reliable source of information.
100% recommendable. -- E-commerce revelead

Other than that, the content seems up to date. -- proofing errors are distracting.
